Returns and Cancellation

The buyer has 14 days from the receipt of the order to return it without justification, although the buyer will be responsible for the direct costs associated with the return.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the buyer must notify it via email or postal mail to: Bengomar Motion S.L., Av. de Sancho El Fuerte 23, 31007 Pamplona – Navarra, Tel. (+34) 948 246 160, email: info@moviscooters.es indicating in writing or by any legally admissible means, their decision to withdraw from the purchase. (Letter, email, etc.).

Even if the order has been confirmed and paid for, as long as the merchandise has not been shipped to the recipient, the buyer maintains the right to withdraw from the purchase and therefore the full refund, including shipping costs, will be issued. In the event that the merchandise is already in transit, the customer should wait for its receipt to request the return, as once the claim is made, the buyer has 14 days for the merchandise to be returned toBengomar Motion S.L. to the following address: Av. de Sancho El Fuerte 23, 31007 Pamplona – Navarra.

Once the merchandise is back in the warehouses of Bengomar Motion S.L., the returned items will be checked and examined, and if everything is in order, the buyer will be refunded the amount of the merchandise by the same payment method used for the purchase, excluding shipping costs. As long as the returned merchandise is in optimal condition and has not been tampered with, meaning:

– The received items match the ones sent.
– The packaging is in perfect condition and is the original.
– All accessories, spare parts, and manuals are included, along with their packaging.
– They have not been previously manipulated or used by the buyer.

Once everything is verified, the refund will be processed as soon as possible and within a maximum period of 15 days from the buyer’s withdrawal or return.
