1) Bank transfer.

Please wait to receive an email indicating that your order is fully prepared, packaged, and ready to be shipped. You will be provided with the account number to make the bank transfer payable to Moviscooters. It is important to indicate the “order number XXX” in the transfer, along with your name and surname. If possible, please send the proof of the transfer by email to info@moviscooters.com. This will expedite the processing of your order; it can be done directly from the bank, especially if it is an online-operating bank or institution. If you are unable to send the proof, the order will be shipped once we verify the payment. The timeframe varies depending on different banking entities.

2) Credit card payment.

To pay for your order with a credit or debit card, you will be asked to enter the card details during the order confirmation. We assure you that your card details are protected at all times thanks to our secure server. At Moviscooters.es, we use advanced technology to maintain high levels of security on our online platform. Our secure server (SSL) encrypts all the personal information you provide (name, address, card details, etc.) in order to process your order.

For items available in stock, the delivery time is 24-48 hours, except for purchases made on weekends and holidays.

The delivery of products not available in stock may take longer, ranging from 72 hours to several days, depending on the product. In any case, once the purchase is completed, we will inform you of the delivery times.

All our prices include VAT.

For designated products and presenting a certificate of disability higher than 33%, a reduced VAT rate of 4% may be applied.

Due to its special fiscal regime, the geographic areas corresponding to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla are considered non-European territories. Therefore, purchases made by residents of these territories are exempt from VAT (customs clearance costs and import taxes are not included in the price of the item or shipping and must be paid by the recipient at the destination).

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have a period of 14 business days from the date of product delivery to return it.

If you want to make a return, the product must be in perfect condition and with its original packaging intact (returns that do not meet this requirement will not be accepted), as well as all product documentation in the case of new items.

In these cases, the costs of all shipping and return fees will be at your expense.

If you meet these requirements, please contact us by sending an email to info@moviscooters.com to authorize the return. Without this authorization, the product will not be accepted and will be returned to its origin.

Once we receive the merchandise in our warehouses and verify that all the specified conditions are met, MoviScooters will accept the return of the product.

To exchange a product, you need to send us an email to info@moviscooters.com indicating which item you want to exchange and the reason for the exchange. Shipping costs will be at your expense.

If you have received a new defective product or one with damaged packaging, you must contact us within the first 24 hours to notify us. The product to be returned must always be in its original packaging and with all its documentation.

Assembly not included.
All our electric scooters are very easy to assemble, and they are previously inspected and assembled before being shipped.

The transport company is committed to delivering within 24 hours for cities and major towns. For remote or hard-to-reach areas, delivery may take up to 48 or 72 hours. maximum

We will inform our customers of the dispatch number, reception day, and contact information of the carrier to arrange a delivery time.

Important: Upon receipt of the shipment, please check that the packages arrive in good condition.
